Shortcut/script for easy Prelude regeneration.

Description

Sometimes it's necessary to manually run: 

util/gen_prelude.pl -v -i src/perl6/Prelude.pm -p ./pugs --output blib6/lib/Prelude.pm.yml

A flag to build_pugs to do that, as well as a Makefile.PL rule to invoke that would be useful.
